Creating and maintaining extensive lists of old and new customers, their booking details & coordinating for their bookings with on ground operations team lead. Cordination with customer support & calling team, in resolving any escalated enquiry / issue / token. Report preparation for weekly & monthly updates of targets achieved, delays etc. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role.
