As a Digital Operations Executive, your role will be crucial for the smooth functioning of operations, digital marketing efforts, and website management. You will need a blend of technical skills and digital marketing knowledge to support various teams within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Website Management:** - Update and manage website content, including property inventory and related pages. - Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. - Use low-code/no-code tools for basic updates and improvements. - **SEO & Digital Marketing:** - Implement basic SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and ranking. - Coordinate with the Social Media team for consistent digital marketing efforts. - Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, PPC, social media). - **Content Creation & Editing:** - Create & manage Social Media Calendar. - Sort existing data for online posting. - Monitor growth of followers, views, and likes. - Prepare reports, presentations, and notes. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. - **Social Media Management:** - Manage and update social media for accuracy and consistency across platforms. - Utilize tools like Excel, Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing data. - **Reporting & Analysis:** - Prepare reports on website performance, SEO metrics, and marketing campaigns. - Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations. **Key Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: 1-2 years in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and website management. **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in website management using low-code/no-code platforms. - Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and digital tools. - Social Media Handling experience. - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Video editing tools for digital content creation. **Soft Skills:** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
