What would you do?
The Digital Marketing & Channel Activation Specialist is responsible for executing digital marketing strategies and channel activation initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role involves managing digital campaigns, e-commerce initiatives, trade activations, sponsorships, and events, while ensuring alignment with global and regional marketing objectives. The position requires strong collaboration with Sales, Product, Brand Marketing, and agency partners to deliver impactful marketing programs across multiple channels.

  • Digital Marketing Expertise – Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM, and influencer marketing.
  • Channel Marketing & Trade Activations – Ability to manage activations, sponsorships, POSM deployment, and trade marketing programs.
  • Project & Vendor Management – Experience in coordinating with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Approach – Proficiency in digital analytics tools to measure performance and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Strong interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Budget & ROI Management – Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and measure campaign impact.Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, channel marketing, or trade marketing in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Industry experience in automotive, lubricants, industrial, or related sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in P2P processes, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for consumer and B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing, CRM, and email campaigns to enhance online visibility and customer engagement.
  • Optimize e-commerce strategies by supporting new product launches and promotional activities on digital platforms.
  • Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, generate insights, and refine marketing strategies.Channel Activation & Trade Marketing
  • Support the execution of sell-out campaigns, activations, sponsorships, trade programs, and customer events.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy point-of-sale materials (POSM), promotional assets, and merchandising programs.
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies, sales teams, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs.
  • Conduct market research and feedback analysis to optimize trade marketing activities and improve channel performance.Signage Program & Vendor Management
  • Locally manage vendor coordination, including new vendor onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure signage programs adhere to local regulations and branding guidelines.
  • Monitor budget allocation and ROI measurement for signage initiatives and marketing programs.Budget & Performance Management
  • Assist in budget forecasting, expense tracking, and resource allocation for digital marketing and channel activation programs.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activations, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
