Digital Media Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close

  digital ad sales

  opportunities across Bold Media’s platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  brands, agencies, and media buyers

• Develop

  customized advertising solutions

  , including branded content, sponsored videos, and influencer integrations.
• Meet and exceed monthly

  sales targets

  and drive overall revenue growth.
• Stay updated with

  digital media trends, ad formats, and audience insights

  to create innovative campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the

  content, marketing, and production teams

  to deliver impactful campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience:

  2–5 years in

  digital ad sales (news media), brand partnerships, or media monetization

  .
• Proven track record of achieving

  sales targets

  in the

  digital media or OTT ecosystem

  .
• Strong

  network of advertisers, agencies, and brands

  (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to

  conceptualize creative ad solutions

  aligned with client objectives.
