Role Overview

We are seeking Digital Media Production Interns

hands-on experience in a startup environment

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging

  social media reels and short videos

• Transform raw footage into eye-catching content

  for digital platforms
• Contribute creative ideas for storytelling and video concepts
• Support the content team to highlight

  AaoStays’ properties and experiences

• Work in a fast-paced startup environment

  and meet deadlines

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates with interest in

  video content creation

Basic to intermediate video editing skills (mobile/PC editors)

Creative, self-motivated, and disciplined

Passion for startup culture, hospitality, and digital media

Desire to gain mentorship from IIM founders and industry professionals
