•Lead and manage the Digital Media Coordinators across assigned districts, ensuring consistent performance and goal achievement.
•Plan, supervise, and optimize digital content strategies for all district social media and communication platforms.
•Review and approve content calendars, ensuring timely publishing and alignment with campaign narratives.
•Guide influencers, district partners, and community leaders to amplify reach and engagement.
•Collaborate closely with central design, video, messaging, and campaign teams to ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives.
•Monitor district-wise analytics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
•Conduct regular training sessions for DDCs to enhance digital skills and field coordination efficiency.
•Ensure proper coordination between district teams and zonal leadership, addressing gaps and escalating issues where necessary.
•Drive volunteer engagement and oversee on-ground digital activation tasks such as content collection, vox pops, and marquee campaigns.
•Take ownership of meeting district-level digital KPIs including follower growth, content quality, and activation tasks.
•Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
•3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or team leadership roles.
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and digital trends.
•Excellent communication, people management, and coordination skills.
•Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage large district-level teams.
