Job Summary:

As a Digital Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing digital media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to enhance the online presence of our brand, ensuring maximum engagement, visibility, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute digital media campaigns (organic and paid) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.

2. Create engaging and brand-aligned content for social media, and websites.

3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc., and provide actionable insights.

4. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

5. Manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

6. Schedule and publish content using tool like Meta Business Suite.

7. Assist in SEO/SEM strategies and website content optimization.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in digital marketing/media.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online marketing tools, and analytics tools.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (optional but preferred).

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
