Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer

Location : Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver practical, job-oriented training to students. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies, along with a flair for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and online sessions on Digital Marketing modules (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Content Marketing, Web Analytics, etc.)
• Design lesson plans, create training material, and update content as per industry trends
• Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews to evaluate student learning
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions
• Prepare students for certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.
• Maintain attendance, performance records, and training feedback
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality learning outcomes
• Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and workshops

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in digital marketing
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred
• Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics for students from non-technical backgrounds
