Job Description

We are a growing digital marketing team based in Noida, Sector 63, looking for an enthusiastic and driven Paid Marketing Trainee to join our performance marketing division. This role offers hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to build a strong foundation in paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs.
Work on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and reporting dashboards.
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for better campaign performance.
Analyze data and prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and promotional assets.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing.

Post-training: Salary based on performance
