Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization with a proven track record of executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Conduct in-depth SEO/SEM analysis and implement technical and on-page improvements. Lead content marketing initiatives across channels (blogs, emails, video, whitepapers). Track performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and report ROI. Create and manage campaign calendars, A/B testing, and funnel optimization strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, web development, sales) to align on brand and messaging. Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and algorithm changes in the digital landscape. Oversee marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce). Mentor junior marketers and support team growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 8–9 years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in B2B/B2C domains. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM platforms. Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword research, and customer journey mapping. Analytical mindset with excellent project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot (preferred but not mandatory). Nice to Have: Experience working with international clients or multiple brands. Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Canva, Notion, Trello, or Slack. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
