Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across

  Google Ads

  and

  Facebook/Instagram Ads

  .
• Conduct

  keyword research

  , competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing for better CTR & conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) using

  Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools

  .
• Manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI within allocated spend.
• Implement

  remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies

  .
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in paid advertising.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition

  .
• Experience with tools like

  Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager

  .
• Knowledge of

  SEO basics, landing page optimization, and funnel tracking

  is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
• Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (Preferred).
