We've currently partnered with more than 300 authentic Ayurveda resorts and hospitals in Kerala, Himalayas, Sri Lanka and Bali. We've helped customers from more than 25 countries to find the right wellness retreat.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Kochi with some work from home flexibility. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising end-to-end digital marketing initiatives to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Create, manage, and analyse social media campaigns across key platforms.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand communication and marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media) especially performance marketing.
• Successfully managed ₹4L+ monthly ad spends with proven results
• Proven track record of running performance-driven campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills, results driven & process oriented
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ubersuggest/SEMRush/Ahrefs
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Prior experience in agency and travel industry will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
