Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Alwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, boosting admissions, building our online presence, and mentoring students in digital marketing fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage performance-based digital campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and manage content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and relevant tools
• Improve website SEO and manage basic website updates
• Collaborate with design and content teams for marketing materials
• Lead student projects and give hands-on training in digital marketing tools and strategies
• Organize workshops, webinars, and promotional activities for brand awareness
• Generate leads for admissions and work closely with the admissions team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Canva/Photoshop
• Strong understanding of content marketing, funnels, and lead generation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Knowledge of student behavior and youth marketing trends is a plus
• Experience in training/mentoring students is preferred (but not mandatory)
