Job Title: Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads & Facebook Ads)

Job Summary:
SRV Media is looking for a Paid Media Specialist who can manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns. The main goal is to get quality leads and ensure we get the best results from our ad spends.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Set up and manage ads on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
✅ Create and manage target audiences — lookalikes, retargeting, interest-based, etc.
✅ Track ad performance daily and optimize to improve ROI.
✅ Work with the creative team to make sure ad copies and creatives are effective.✅ Share weekly and monthly reports with insights and next steps.
✅ Keep up with the latest updates on Google and Meta platforms.
Required Skills:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads.
✔ Good understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation Campaigns.
✔ Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Facebook Pixel.
✔ Experience with A/B testing and ad budget management.
✔ Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
✔ Bonus: Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
