Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies (On-Page & Off-Page) to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Plan, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize conversions within budget.
• Create and run social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Conduct competitive research to enhance our social media strategy and content.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other channels.
• Track and analyze performance metrics of social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and bid adjustments to ensure optimal ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate digital marketing initiatives.
• Provide recommendations for campaign targeting, creative strategies, and audience segmentation.

Requirements:

35 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools. Experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). Strong analytical and reporting skills to optimize budgets and performance. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication abilities. Positive attitude with a results-driven approach to digital marketing.
