Proppulse is a fast-growing real estate platform helping users discover the best new-launch properties with data-driven insights and a clean, transparent user experience. We are now building strong digital visibility and are looking for a marketing expert who can scale our brand and growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Expert who can take full ownership of our online presence, drive quality leads, and grow Proppulse across paid, organic, and social channels. This is an in-office role for someone who loves performance marketing, content strategy, and real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, run, and optimise

    Google Ads

    ,

    Meta Ads

    , and performance campaigns for lead generation.
  • Create and execute the

    digital marketing strategy

    across SEO, SEM, content, and social media.
  • Improve website ranking through strong

    SEO

    , keyword optimisation, and content planning.
  • Manage and grow

    Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

    with consistent content and engagement.
  • Work closely on property-related content: videos, reels, blogs, newsletters, rating posts, etc.
  • Track all performance metrics using

    GA4

    ,

    Search Console

    , and ad dashboards.
  • Manage landing pages and continuously improve

    conversion rates (CRO)

  • Coordinate with design and tech teams for creatives, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
  • Explore influencer collaborations, partnerships, and localised real estate community growth.

Requirements

  • 25 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a performance-driven startup.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Ads

    ,

    Meta Ads

    , and analytics tools.
  • Ability to plan content, work with designers/editors, and ensure high-quality output.
  • Good understanding of lead funnels, CAC optimisation, and growth metrics.
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter who can execute fast and take ownership.
