Job Description: You will join MotorPedia's growth team and be responsible for driving customer acquisition through high-impact digital ad campaigns. As part of an automotive tech + marketing brand, you will take ownership of scaling performance across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. - Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI/lead generation, and manage ad budgets effectively. - Run A/B tests, track analytics, and generate performance reports. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that convert. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. - Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and content teams. - Familiarity with A/B testing and generating performance reports is a plus.
