Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Planning:

    Craft and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across in-app merchandising and external communication channels to drive monthly activations.
  • Campaign Ownership:

    Lead end-to-end campaign developmentfrom ideation, wireframing, artwork layout for homepage to content journeys and go-live plans across geographies.
  • Content & Creative Oversight:

    Independently design and curate content that aligns with brand and category guidelines, while pushing the envelope on digital storytelling.
  • Content deployment:

    Ensure timely, error-free deployment across the MarTech stack, maintaining high standards of execution.
  • Performance Optimization:

    Use tools like WebEngage and Mixpanel to monitor campaign performance, and continuously optimize for impressions, CTR, and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Budget Stewardship:

    Manage digital marketing budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Innovation & Agility:

    Stay ahead of digital trends and tools. Ability to use Canva or similar platforms to quickly design and launch critical campaigns is a plus.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices across notifications through MarTech tools like WebEngage/CleverTap/Moengage, Whatsapp commerce, Whatsapp messaging, RCS, RCS commerce, SMS, Email marketing for B2B and B2C audience
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and data-led decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with a structured problem-solving approach
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the FMCG ecosystem and retailer behavior trends
  • Unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking, a strategic storyteller with a data-first mindset
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a strong advantage
  • Strong articulation and command over language to deliver clear, concise, and effective briefs to creative and media agencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A specialization in Digital Marketing or eCommerce is highly desirable.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within consumer brands, e-commerce, or B2B platforms. Experience in FMCG, retail, or MarTech-driven ecosystems is a strong advantage.
