Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Digital Marketing Executive/Catalog Manager to manage and grow our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all major social media platforms and digital campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website updates. She should be creative, analytical, and hands-on with the latest digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Implement effective SEO strategies and manage on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Maintain and update the website regularly (basic knowledge of WordPress/Shopify preferred)
• Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms
• Generate weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Only female candidates will be considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and basic CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of organic and paid digital strategies
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe tools)
• Experience with influencer or UGC campaigns
• Understanding of content strategies for YouTube, Reels, and Pinterest

Job Location & Timings:

• Location: Kailash Colony, New Delhi – 110048
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Weekly Off on Monday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,614.59 - ₹16,000.00 per month
