10:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Based on skills and experience(15,000 to 25,000)

Buff Madurai is looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the latest digital trends, tools, and techniques to boost our online presence, generate leads, and build brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

• Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Develop engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, video thumbnails)
• Handle follower engagement, DM/Comment replies, and community building
• Track performance analytics and optimize accordingly

SEO & Website:

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO for our website
• Improve Google search rankings using SEO strategies and content
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with developers and designers to improve site UX & SEO health

Additional:

• Work with the creative team on campaign planning and branding
• Run lead-generation campaigns and track conversions
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and ad platforms
• Expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is a plus
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented
