Digital Marketing Specialist (Immediate Joiner)
Location: Buff Institute of Design – Madurai (Onsite) Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary: Based on skills and experience(15,000 to 25,000) Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining Required Job Description: Buff Madurai is looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the latest digital trends, tools, and techniques to boost our online presence, generate leads, and build brand awareness. Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.) Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Develop engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, video thumbnails) Handle follower engagement, DM/Comment replies, and community building Track performance analytics and optimize accordingly SEO & Website: Perform on-page and off-page SEO for our website Improve Google search rankings using SEO strategies and content Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Collaborate with developers and designers to improve site UX & SEO health Additional: Work with the creative team on campaign planning and branding Run lead-generation campaigns and track conversions Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools Requirements: Proven experience in Digital Marketing (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and ad platforms Expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is a plus Excellent communication and time management skills Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented Perks: Opportunity to work with a dynamic creative team Exposure to real-time campaigns and brand marketing Career growth in a fast-paced educational & creative industry How to Apply: Send your resume and portfolio (if any) to info@buffmadurai.com / +91 99520 51410 Subject: Application for Digital Marketing Specialist – Buff Madurai
