Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online brand presence, create engaging content, and support lead generation. The role involves managing digital campaigns, designing creatives, and optimizing performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Manage SEO, SEM, and update the company website.
Design creatives (posters, flyers, social media graphics) using Canva/Photoshop.
Create and edit videos, reels, and product demos for promotions.
Handle social media content strategy, posting, and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and provide improvement reports.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads.
Stay updated with the latest digital tools, trends, and strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong skills in video making, editing, and graphic design.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of social media management, SEO, SEM, and Google Ads.
Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and suggest improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
