Digital Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities : Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media (Must- Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook (+more optional)) Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads) Formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers - includes but is not limited to newsletters and promotional emails Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date Preferred candidate profile Website Management- WordPress Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website. Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information. Creating appropriate website content aligned with the organizations strategy. Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans. Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics. Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC). Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in any relevant field required. At least one years of experience preferred.
