Key Responsibilities

- Develop localized marketing strategies for user acquisition and retention.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, festive promotions). - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Work with local influencers, agencies, and media platforms for brand promotion. - Analyze key performance indicators and adjust marketing tactics accordingly. - Manage budgets, report ROI, and optimize marketing spend.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 35 years in digital marketing or market operations, ideally in entertainment, gaming, or mobile apps.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian digital behavior and regional market dynamics. - Tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Google Analytics. - Languages: Fluent in English + one Indian language (Hindi, Gujarati, or Marathi preferred). - Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, strong communication, ROI-driven approach.
