About the Role:

Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Setup & Management:

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across:

Search

Display

YouTube

Campaign Optimization:

· 

Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient spend.

· 

Perform regular bid optimization for keywords.

· 

Implement and update negative keywords to improve ROI.

· 

Monitor ad copy performance and make necessary updates.

· 

Optimize Quality Score through A/B testing and landing page improvements.

· 

Continuously review and refine location targeting settings.

· 

Conversion Tracking & Reporting:

· 

Set up and test accurate conversion tracking, including:

Phone call tracking

o 

Form submissions

· 

No reliance on simple “Submit” button click tracking.

· 

Ensure complete and accurate presentation of conversion data.

Who We're Looking For:

· 

2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

· 

Strong understanding of PPC best practices and Google Ads tools.

· 

Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation (not e-commerce).

· 

Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking setups.

· 

Analytical mindset with a keen eye for performance metrics and trends.

· 

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

·
