As a Digital Marketing Manager, your role will involve building a thorough understanding of the clients' brand, business, customers, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance for developing digital marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving strategic client engagements on performance strategy, media planning, account growth, and revenue. - Managing end-to-end product listings, content, and optimization across multiple ecommerce platforms. - Developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability on each marketplace. - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to optimize listings and improve conversion rates. - Coordinating with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and inventory to ensure smooth operations. - Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policies to proactively adjust strategies. - Providing regular reports and insights on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities. - Driving internal projects to completion and enabling the team to address any challenges. You will also be responsible for acting as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters, building strong, long-term client relationships, and setting digital strategies for assigned customers. Additional responsibilities include delivering quality work within deadlines, addressing client queries effectively, reporting on campaigns as needed, staying up-to-date with digital technology trends, having inside-out knowledge of client business, and maintaining daily communication with clients to provide updates and collect feedback.
