About Us

Escapenfly is a leading travel company crafting tailor-made vacations across the world. We're seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can manage everything from Instagram reels to Meta Ads and WhatsApp campaigns — with an analytical mindset.

Role Responsibilities: Social Media Management

• Create & post content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google My Business
• Schedule stories, posts & reels (4–5 times a week)
• Coordinate content with internal video team
• Design basic creatives using Canva

Ads & Performance Marketing

• Run and manage Facebook (Meta) and Instagram Ads
• Basic setup and optimization of Google Ads (Search/Display)
• Set up and monitor Facebook Pixel & Google Analytics
• Coordinate with external agency for advanced campaigns

CRM & Marketing Automation

• Design and send Email Campaigns via Mailchimp/Mailerlite
• Handle WhatsApp marketing via Interakt or WATI
• Monitor GMB posts, reviews, and updates regularly

Key Skills Required

• Canva (Intermediate – for social posts, thumbnails, flyers)
• Meta Ads Manager (Campaign setup, audience, pixel connection)
• Google Ads (Search, basic retargeting)
• Google Analytics (Basic dashboard reading, traffic insights)
• Facebook Pixel (How to install, troubleshoot, track events)
• Email marketing (Mailchimp/Mailerlite)
• WhatsApp marketing platforms (like Interakt/WATI)

Bonus if You Have

• Experience in travel or hospitality industry
• Basic script writing for reels or social captions
• Are comfortable on camera (optional)

Salary & Work Schedule

• ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
• In-office role | 6 days/week | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Location: Sector 82, Mohali

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
