Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, AMS, and Flipkart.
  • Optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI, conversions, and traffic.
  • Coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
  • Define precise audience targeting and monitor campaign analytics and performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports and insights to guide future campaign strategies.

Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with advertising and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
