Job Summary: We seek a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. You will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, increasing website traffic, and generating leads for our elder care services. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and SEO. Manage and optimise paid search (PPC), social media ads, and display campaigns. Perform ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO. Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). Manage and update the company website (WordPress/other CMS). Create and manage content calendars for social media and blogs. Coordinate with content creators and designers to create engaging content (text, images, videos). Develop and implement local SEO strategies to improve rankings in Bangalore-based searches. Email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing. Suggest and execute growth hacks for online lead generation.
