Digital Marketing Specialist

Create and execute the digital marketing strategies. This role is crucial for promoting our brands, growing our social media channels, and optimizing our online presence to reach new users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, and a proven track record of driving results. This is a work-from-office position based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all our social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord). Monitor social channels, engage with the community, and track performance metrics.

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve our search engine rankings.

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality digital content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics.

• Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns to nurture our community and announce new updates or releases.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools and platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

• Demonstrable experience with SEO, including keyword research and content optimization.

• Experience with paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).

• A passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming community and culture.
