Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate properties and projects

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, search engine optimization, paid advertising)

- Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters) to attract potential buyers and renters. Great at Making reels.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for future improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, listings, design) to align digital marketing efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Proven experience in digital marketing

- Strong understanding of market trends

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.)
