Plan, execute, and optimize B2B digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), email marketing, and retargeting.
Drive qualified lead generation through targeted B2B campaigns focused on conversions and pipeline growth.
Work closely with SEO, content, design, and web teams to develop engaging landing pages, thought leadership content, and ad creatives tailored for a business audience.
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and ranking for key B2B search terms.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
Report on key metrics such as lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Align digital campaigns with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
Stay updated with the latest B2B marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Implement A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
Requirements

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn
Campaign Manager, and CRM platform

Eagerness to learn SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask
