Job Summary:

Looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO (both on-page and off-page), paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads), and the ability to develop and execute data-driven digital strategies.

Responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing for our Finance & Accounting (F&A) brands in Access Healthcare, from strategic planning to execution and reporting. This includes improving website visibility, driving quality traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions through organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.

- Conduct regular keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.

- Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and page speed performance.

- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and white-hat techniques.

Paid Media Advertising:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.

- Handle campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management.

- Create compelling ad creatives and landing page suggestions to improve Quality Scores.

- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to improve ROI.

- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns and conversion funnels.

Digital Strategy & Execution:

- Develop integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and business objectives.

- Plan digital campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms.

- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to align messaging and visuals.

Analytics, Tools & Reporting:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog, and Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity to track and report performance.

- Build performance dashboards and provide actionable insights.

- Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and event tracking to measure true campaign impact.

Other Key Responsibilities:

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and ad platform changes.

- Monitor competitor activity and suggest new growth opportunities.

- Ensure all campaigns are GDPR-compliant and follow platform best practices.

What We are Looking For:

- Proven experience (4+ years) in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Hands-on experience in strategizing, running, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in building data reports and deriving insights.

- Working knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), landing page builders, and marketing automation tools is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in marketing for B2B or Finance & Accounting services.

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and UI/UX best practices for conversion-optimized landing pages.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.
