Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our company in Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns across different platforms. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Manage and optimize ongoing paid digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, and YouTube promotions. - Oversee social media platforms from end to end, including daily content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics reporting. - Create, monitor, and report performance metrics for all digital platforms, identifying areas for improvement. - Coordinate with the creative team to design and execute high-performing social media and ad creatives. - Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to optimize website content for better visibility and improved search rankings. - Maintain and update the company website regularly to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and alignment with campaigns. - Collaborate with the web development team to enhance landing page performance and optimizations. - Manage lead generation campaigns through paid media channels and analyze cost-per-lead performance. - Set up and maintain re-marketing and conversion tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. - Stay informed about digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies and implement them effectively. - Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including list management and A/B testing. - Align digital strategy with ongoing marketing campaigns and events by collaborating with internal teams. - Conduct competitor analysis and provide monthly performance insights compared to market benchmarks. - Create performance dashboards and detailed monthly reports for all digital assets and ad campaigns. - Ensure messaging and visuals align with brand tone and communication guidelines. - Identify new digital marketing platforms or strategies based on data-backed recommendations. - Stay updated on algorithm updates across Google and Meta platforms to adapt strategies accordingly. - Respond to online reviews, queries, or feedback on digital platforms in coordination with the student services team. - Ensure digital marketing strategies align with company goals and contribute to lead and conversion targets. This role requires your continuous attention to detail, proactive monitoring of online campaigns, strong sense of ownership, timely responsiveness, and commitment to campaign performance.
