Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition

· Identify, qualify, and close leads specifically for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, automation).

· Develop and execute outreach campaigns (cold calls, LinkedIn, email) targeting healthcare brands.

Client Relationship Management

· Conduct needs‑assessment calls and in‑depth proposal presentations.

· Build strong, trust‑based relationships with prospects and hand off onboarded clients to the account management team.

Pipeline & Forecasting:

· Maintain and update pipeline in CRM daily.

· Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts to the Head of Sales.

Collaboration & Feedback

· Work closely with Marketing to refine lead‑gen campaigns based on conversion data.

· Share market insights and competitive feedback to shape service offerings.

Targets & KPIs

· Achieve monthly revenue targets.

· Maintain a minimum qualification rate from initial outreach.

· Close at least 15 new clients per quarter.

Must‑Have Qualifications

· Agency Experience Only

· 2–4 years in Business Development or Sales within a digital marketing agency (no outside‑industry sales).

· Service‑Selling Expertise

· Proven track record selling SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, or automation services.

· Deep understanding of digital marketing deliverables and ROI metrics.

Communication & Negotiation

· Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable presenting to C‑level executives.

· Strong objection‐handling and contract‐negotiation skills.

Tech & Tools

· Hands‑on with a CRM and proposal‑creation tools (Google Slides, MS PowerPoint).

· Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic Excel reporting.

Nice‑to‑Have

· Prior experience selling to healthcare.

· Network of industry contacts in Hyderabad

· Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
