About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead and execute all digital marketing initiatives with a focus on funnels, remarketing, automation, and chatbots. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and coordinate with in-house development, social media, and creative teams to drive growth for both Housivity and client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital marketing operations
• Build, track & optimize marketing funnels for conversions
• Plan and execute remarketing/retargeting strategies
• Implement and manage automation workflows (email, WhatsApp, CRM, chatbots)
• Handle performance campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Setup and monitor tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, Pixel, Conversion APIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-performing campaigns
• Generate dashboards, reports & insights for data-driven decisions
• Stay updated on latest tools, AI, and marketing technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations
• Expertise in funnels, automation, remarketing & advanced tools
• Hands-on knowledge of ads platforms, CRMs, APIs, and chatbots
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills & self-driven execution
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
