Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing:

    Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive quality leads and free trial signups for the product.
  • Creative Campaigns & Content:

    Collaborate with design and content teams to develop impactful marketing assets including landing pages, ad creatives, emailers, and social banners.
  • Website Promotions & CRO:

    Manage website content updates, promotions, and conversion optimization experiments (A/B testing) to improve lead quality and MQLs.
  • Email Marketing & Product Communication:

    Own email automation flows for user onboarding, upselling, product updates, and engagement using tools like HubSpot or Customer.io.
  • SEO & Content Strategy:

    Develop keyword strategies, optimize on-page SEO, and drive off-page efforts (e.g., guest posting, backlinks) to grow organic traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Monitor KPIs (CAC, CTR, CPL, LTV), set up tracking through GA4 & Tag Manager, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, campaign timing, and customer lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Competitor & Market Research:

    Stay current on SaaS marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging digital tools to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing for a SaaS or technology-driven platform.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize for performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Prior experience working in a SaaS startup or scale-up.
