Job Description:

Solar Earth is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of experience to lead and manage our online marketing efforts. If you're passionate about driving growth through digital channels and have a strategic mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to boost online visibility and traffic
• Manage content strategy for social media, email marketing, and website
• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and development team
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of content marketing and performance metrics
• Ability to lead and manage digital campaigns independently
• Good communication and project management skills
