Digital Marketing Manager (SEO + Performance Marketing)

As a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager at Langoor Marketing Transformation in Bangalore, your role involves leading and scaling the SEO and paid marketing efforts. Your passion for optimizing ad performance and enhancing organic search visibility will be crucial for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). - Manage campaign budgets to ensure top-notch ROAS. - Set up remarketing and funnel-based targeting strategies. - Collaborate with creative/content teams for compelling ad copies and visuals. - Run A/B tests on landing pages and creatives to boost conversions. - Own and execute the on-page and off-page SEO strategy. - Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis. - Work with dev teams to implement SEO fixes and enhancements. - Track performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. - Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and more to track performance. - Create insightful reports and dashboards to guide business decisions. - Assist with attribution modeling and marketing automation efforts. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO + performance marketing). - Proven success managing high-budget ad campaigns. - Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or agency environments is a plus. - Bonus if you have knowledge of CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.).
