We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives and lead a team focused on brand growth, campaign execution, and customer engagement in the luxury jewellery space.

This is a key role that blends creativity with strategic thinking, requiring a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the marketing team (digital, design, content, offline)
• Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with branding, retail, and e-commerce teams
• Oversee digital marketing efforts – social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer collaborations
• Manage offline promotions, events, and exhibitions
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead
• Work closely with senior management on brand positioning and planning

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of marketing experience (retail, luxury, or jewellery preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools & analytics (Google Ads, Social Media,Meta, SEO tools, etc.)
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and trends
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
