Role & responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with hospital goals.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Improve brand visibility through content marketing, blogs, videos, and social media.
  • Monitor online reputation, Google reviews, feedback, and aggregator platforms (Practo, JustDial).
  • Finalize creative designs and work with vendors, agencies, and partners for execution.
  • Improve conversion rates and optimize digital campaigns using CRM tools and analytics.

Marketing Strategy & Research

  • Support Head Marketing in market research, campaign planning, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct consumer behavior studies and local market analysis to expand Mehtas brand presence.
  • Implement innovative marketing practices and track industry trends.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Ownership of team metrics, productivity, training, and performance improvement.
  • Retain and develop team talent, ensure regular team meetings on content, events, designs, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings with team leaders to review strategies, competitor analysis, PR plans, and outcomes.
  • Visit the Global Campus weekly to align on strategy, expectations, and upcoming events.

Partnerships & Events

  • Coordinate large-scale promotional activities, events, and patient outreach programs (camps, health talks).
  • Drive new partnership introductions, MOUs, renewals, and partner progress review.
  • Collaborate with PR agency, creative partners, and external vendors for media visibility.
  • Introduce customer and clinician testimonial videos to enhance trust and engagement.

Process Optimization & CRM

  • Support CRM tool implementation and campaign automation (email/WhatsApp campaigns).
  • Streamline systems, track SLAs, and align marketing outcomes with business KPIs.
  • Introduce new marketing concepts, review policies, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 612 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospital/healthcare domain
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and campaign management skills
  • MBA/PG in Marketing or related field; Digital Marketing certifications preferred
