The ideal candidate will focus on building an organic follower base, expanding reach, executing email campaigns, and generating quality leads. This role involves close collaboration with the design team to develop engaging post ideas, increasing customer reviews, managing WhatsApp campaigns, and preparing for future SEO initiatives as our website gains traction. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to organically grow social media followers and enhance brand reach. Collaborate with the design team to create compelling content and post ideas. Monitor and respond to audience engagement to build a strong online community. Email & WhatsApp Campaigns: Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Manage WhatsApp campaigns to engage with potential customers and maintain consistent communication. Lead Generation & Customer Reviews: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads. Develop initiatives to increase positive customer reviews and overall brand reputation. Future SEO Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing SEO strategies once the website is fully operational. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using relevant metrics. Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on organic growth strategies. Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns. Familiarity with lead generation tactics and digital campaign performance metrics. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially the design team. Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus, with the willingness to learn as the website develops. Standard Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently.
