Job Description

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute marketing plans to support business growth across OEMs, dealers, architects, and contractors . Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Plan and implement ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), and digital marketing initiatives to maximize reach. Track and analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize strategies. 2. Demand Generation & Sales Enablement Design and implement demand generation campaigns across various channels. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. Create marketing collaterals, presentations, and sales tools to support the salesforce. Develop and execute dealer/distributor marketing programs to drive engagement and loyalty. 3. Digital & Performance Marketing Lead SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing to increase digital footprint. Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other paid channels for demand generation and create a strong brand foothold. Optimize website performance, landing pages, and digital funnels for higher conversions. Leverage AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms for data-driven decisions. Role & responsibilities - 4. Trade & Retail Marketing Develop BTL marketing strategies , including in-store branding, POS materials, and trade promotions . Execute dealership activation programs, incentive campaigns, and localized marketing efforts . Plan and manage exhibitions, industry trade shows, and dealer meets . 5. Content & Communication Strategy Develop engaging marketing content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and product promotions. Oversee email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot . Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with business objectives and drive engagement. 6. Budgeting, Reporting & Performance Analysis Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Track KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance metrics to refine marketing efforts. Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights for performance reporting. 7. Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and vendors for campaign execution. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing efforts. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance visibility and market reach. 8. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a marketing team , ensuring effective execution of campaigns. Stay updated with emerging marketing tools, industry trends, and best practices Preferred candidate profile - 1. Marketing & Demand Generation Proven 10-12 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation. Hands-on experience in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies . Industry experience in laminate, home dcor, building materials, FMCG, or FMCD preferred. 2. Digital Marketing & Analytics Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and performance marketing . Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising . Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools . 3. Offline & Trade Marketing Experience in dealer activations, retail marketing, and trade promotions . Ability to execute large-scale trade events, exhibitions, and dealer meets . 4. Budgeting & ROI Optimization Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign performance, conversion tracking, and ROI measurement . Experience in managing marketing budgets and cost-effective campaign execution . 5. Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners . Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and distributors .
