Role Overview

Digital Marketing Manager

This is a strategic and hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building brands that people talk about.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across

    social media, paid ads, email, SEO, and content

    .
  • Plan and run

    campaigns for event launches, ticket sales, brand awareness, and partnerships

    .
  • Lead social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Create and oversee engaging content including reels, videos, creatives, stories, and influencer collaborations.
  • Use

    AI tools (design, video, copy, analytics)

    to optimize creativity and efficiency.
  • Manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, Ticketing platforms, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Track performance through analytics dashboards and produce actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with event teams, designers, agencies, and promoters.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective performance.
  • Build and grow online communities and loyalty programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in nightlife, music culture, and digital marketing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory:

    Experience in

    events / nightlife / clubs / festivals / entertainment

    marketing.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of

    brand storytelling, social media trends, and audience engagement

    .
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot/Mailchimp, Canva, and similar platforms.
  • Experience using

    AI-based creative tools

    (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe AI, video automation, etc.).
  • Strong creative eye with ability to brief designers and content teams.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with artists, DJs, promoters, and nightlife partners.
  • Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and loyalty programs.
  • Ticketing platform marketing experience (Eventbrite, BookMyShow, etc.).
