Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design captivating visuals, event banners, party promotions, drink menus, and branding collaterals tailored for the nightlife/lounge industry.
Strategize and execute social media campaigns for lounges and nightclubs in the USA, Canada, and India to increase engagement and drive traffic.
Manage content calendars, create posts, reels, stories, and digital ads that capture the energy of the nightlife scene.
Run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and monitor analytics to optimize reach and conversions.
Collaborate with operations and events teams to highlight live DJs, special acts, VIP events, offers, and customer experiences.
Stay updated with global nightlife and lounge marketing trends, bringing innovative ideas to every campaign.
Generate social media performance reports, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in graphic design and digital/social media marketing, ideally within a
lounge, bar, nightclub, or live entertainment environment
.
Strong portfolio demonstrating event promotions, party flyers, nightlife branding, or hospitality marketing campaigns.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro/After Effects) and hands-on video editing.
Sound knowledge of nightlife audience demographics and engagement strategies across multiple regions.
Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
Availability to work
night shifts from the Noida office
