Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities🔹 Google Ads (Primary Focus – 40%)
  • Plan, execute, and optimise

    Search, Display & YouTube Ads

  • Keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page coordination
  • Monitor CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • A/B testing of ads, extensions, and bidding strategies
  • Daily budget monitoring and performance reporting
🔹 SEO (Primary Focus – 30%)
  • On-page & off-page SEO optimization
  • Keyword research and content optimization
  • Technical SEO basics (site speed, indexing, crawl issues)
  • Backlink strategy and SEO performance tracking
  • Improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead quality
🔹 Meta Ads (Secondary – 30%)
  • Basic handling of Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • Lead generation and awareness campaigns
  • Audience targeting and creative coordination
  • Performance monitoring and optimisation
Tools & Platforms
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • Keyword tools (SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest)
  • Meta Business Manager
  • Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum

    3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

  • Strong expertise in

    Google Ads & SEO

  • Understanding of lead generation funnels
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Experience in the education/training domain is a plus
