What You’ll Do

• Strategy & Planning:

  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Build and execute strategies tailored for eCommerce growth, customer acquisition, and retention

• Campaign Management:

  Lead SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Analytics & Optimization:

  Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track KPIs and optimize performance.

• Channel Expertise:

  Own our SEO roadmap, social media strategy, and email marketing calendar.

• Collaboration:

  Work cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and CRM teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

• Leadership (Manager-level):

  Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

 What You Bring
4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing.Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns and driving ROI.Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and analytics platforms.Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.Bonus: Certifications in Google Ads or Analytics, experience with WordPress or Shopify.
