What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan & manage

  performance marketing

  campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.
• Drive

  traffic, leads, and conversions

  across funnels — landing pages, forms, direct response
• Lead

  branding campaigns

  , social media strategy, and online reputation efforts
• Coordinate with creative team to launch scroll-stopping ads & reels
• Monitor and analyze performance data (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Impressions, Engagement)
• Handle

  ad budgeting, targeting, A/B testing

  , and retargeting flows
• Keep up with algorithm changes, platform policies, and trends

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years

  of hands-on experience in digital marketing (paid & organic)
• Strong command over

  Meta Ads Manager

  ,

  Google Ads

  , and social ad platforms
• Practical experience with

  lead generation funnels

  & conversion optimization
• Good understanding of ad creatives, ad copy, and platform-specific formats
• Bonus: Experience in

  B2C/D2C

  , local campaigns, or healthcare/education niches
• Proactive mindset with ownership attitude and strong execution skills
