Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing and

  lead generation campaigns

  across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Generate qualified leads through paid ads, SEO, landing pages, and campaign funnels
  
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing activities with a focus on

  CPL, ROI, and conversions

• Create, review, and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and call-to-action strategies
  
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM tools
  
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
  
• Implement email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing campaigns
  
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting optimization
  
• Manage social media presence, brand visibility, and online reputation
  
• Work with designers, content teams, and external agencies for campaign execution
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in

  digital lead generation and performance marketing

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO
  
• Strong understanding of funnels, landing page optimization, and A/B testing
  
• Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytical skills
  
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management processes
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
