Key Role:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Intern with 0–1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising). The intern will be responsible for independently managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns, along with contributing to other digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation for campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop effective ad copies, graphics, and video creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Contribute to other digital marketing activities such as SEO, social media, content, and email campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–1 year of proven hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media, or other digital channels is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver in a fast-paced agency environment.
